Joshua Francis, Esq.
Joshua Francis is a Dominican attorney, economist, and political figure best known for his service as the Member of Parliament for the Roseau South constituency from 2014 to 2019. He began his academic journey in 2000 at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in Economics. Francis later broadened his expertise by completing an MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Business, an LLB from the University of the West Indies, and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School. He was called to the bar in October 2011.

Destiny Pascal, Esq.
Called to the bar in 2022, Ms. Destiny Pascal is on of the youngest and most accomplished female lawyers on island. As of May 2024, she was also admitted to practice law in St. Lucia. In addition to her commitments at HAJ Law Firm, Ms. Pascal serves at the Academix School of Learning as a Lecturer of Law.
